Hudson Running Club

Running Goals:

The Hudson Running Club wants to promote and encourage a safe, fun and organized running environment that accommodates all levels of runners.


You are always welcome to join us during our runs. Meet us at the times listed below. There is no fee, but you must come with some good stories/conversation.   Explore Hudson, Wisconsin and St. Croix Valley during these runs.

Running Schedule:

 

 

 

Weekdays (Meet at the Hudson YMCA @ 5:00 am)

Tuesday - Rest or cross train

Wednesday - morning run

Thursday - Rest or cross train

Friday - This is an easy 4 mile

Runner's Creed

KTW is a weekly changing track workout.  In between track intervals, we will also be doing planks, push-ups, plyo jumps and walking lunges just to name a few.

Weekends

 

Saturday - Long runs (Distance/Location/Start Time - 7 or 8)
