For Pete’s Sake 5k Family
Run/Walk September 17, 2011
Peter Huseboe was diagnosed with a rare
malignant tumor on his brain stem on January 17, 2007.
Pete passed away on February 4, 2007, at the
young age of 49. Pete had a great love of the outdoors and was also an avid
runner. We do this run to honor his spirit.
Time: 7:45 – 8:45 a.m. on-site registration
9:00 a.m. 5K run/walk starts
Course: Flat, fast
and scenic 5k course starting at the parking lot of the arena and taking you
along the river bluff.

**Cost: Individuals: $15 pre-registration, $20 on race day
Family
(max of 4): $30
pre-registered, $40 on race day
We would
appreciate pre-registrations postmarked on or before Sept 10th.
T-Shirts: Pre-registered participants
guaranteed a uniquely designed T-Shirt. Race day registrants will not be
guaranteed a shirt on race day, and may have to arrange later pick up, so
register early!
Prizes: Awards to top finishers overall and top in the
following divisions: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69,
70+. Raffles and drawings on site after
conclusion of the race.
